(as defined in Article 59-4, Paragraph 2 of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act)

Article 59-4, Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act, and
Article 36-6 of the Enforcement Decree
(Training on the prevention of abuse and sexual crimes against persons with disabilities and on mandatory reporting obligations)
■ Statutory Mandatory Training
O (designated as statutory mandatory training since 2021)
■ Course Overview
This course covers the following topics:
- Laws and regulations related to the prevention of abuse of persons with disabilities
and sexual crimes against persons with disabilities
- Reporting procedures when abuse or sexual crimes are identified
- Protection procedures for persons with disabilities who have experienced abuse
- Case studies involving abuse of persons with disabilities and sexual crimes against persons with disabilities
This course has been developed in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations,
and completion of the course will be recognized as official training completion.
Certificates of completion may be printed and kept for record purposes.
If requested, they should be submitted to the relevant department of the local government.
